Online Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a collection of patients from Mount Farm Surgery who have an interest in the services we provide. Patient Participation Groups cross barriers, embrace diversity and work in partnership with the surgery.  We really value the feedback we receive from our patients, and feel it is important to help us identify new services to meet patients’ needs.
