Prescriptions 
To order a repeat prescription, please use SystmOnline or the NHS App, if you are registered to do so.  Alternatively, please submit an Anima request here
Patients who are unable to submit their own Anima request may call us on 01284 769643 between 13.00-16.00 Mon-Fri, and a member of our team will complete the request for them.

Admin 
For test results, administrative queries or to book an annual review, please submit an Anima request here
