Named Accountable GP

All patients have a ‘named GP’ who is responsible for the patient’s overall care at the practice.  Should you wish to know your ‘named GP’, please contact the practice and our staff will be happy to inform you.  If you have a preference as to which doctor is your ‘named GP’, please make this known to us and the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.  Please remember that you can always request an appointment with your preferred GP, however due to their working pattern and other commitments, this may sometimes necessitate a longer wait for an appointment.  Our Reception team can always advise you on the next available appointment with the GP/s of your choice, or the next available appointment with any GP.  In addition, we also offer a triage system for all ‘on the day’ requests, to ensure we can always see a patient with an urgent problem.
