Covid-19 Vaccinations/Boosters

Eligible patients can now book their Covid-19 booster via the National Booking Service https://www.nhs.uk/…/coro…/book-coronavirus-vaccination/ or by calling 119. The service is incredibly busy and they are operating a queueing system, so please be patient.

Mount Farm Surgery is also offering a limited number of booster clinics – these are strictly by appointment only, and SMS invitations have been sent to all eligible patients with a mobile number on their record. If you are attending an appointment at the surgery, we respectfully request that you do not arrive until your appointment time as the slots have been spaced out to allow for social distancing and to minimise queues.

The surgery will be closed on the afternoon of Wednesday 22nd December to allow us to run a pre-booked booster clinic. Should you need medical advice or a prescription when we are closed, please call the Out of Hours service on 111 and they’ll be happy to assist you. The surgery will re-open at 08.00am on Thursday 23rd December.
