COVID-19 – IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PATIENTS

For the protection of our staff and patients, we are trying to limit the number of people coming into the surgery.  We kindly request that all patients please consider using our online services wherever possible. 

We offer an e-consult service from the home page of our website, www.mountfarm.com  and prescriptions can also be ordered online.

If you cannot use online services, please telephone us in the first instance. 

Please avoid coming into the surgery to order your repeat prescription if at all possible. Repeat prescriptions can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice, without the need for you to come into the practice to collect them – please request this through us when ordering, or speak to your chosen pharmacy. Thank you for your co-operation at this challenging time.
