If you become unwell over the holiday period…..

The surgery will be closed on the weekends and Bank Holidays over the Christmas and New Year period, but plenty of help and advice is available if you become unwell during this time.

Your local pharmacist is a great source of advice for dealing with minor ailments, and can recommend the best over-the-counter medication for your condition.  NHS 111 is a free 24/7 service which can give you urgent help and advice, or arrange for you to be seen by the Out of Hours service when necessary.  Suffolk GP+ is offering additional GP appointments over the holiday period, and these can be booked in advance via your GP practice, or NHS 111.
