Equipment amnesty

Have you been provided with crutches or walking sticks from West Suffolk Hospital, which you no longer require?

If so, these items could be cleaned and re-used for other patients.  If you are unable to return these items to West Suffolk Hospital directly, Mount Farm Surgery would be happy to take them and return them on your behalf.

All we ask is that items returned to us are wrapped, and labelled ‘Therapies Dept.’ and we will ensure they are promptly returned to the hospital where they will be cleaned and made available for other patients to use.

Commodes and other bathroom items can be returned to Medequip – please call them on 01473 351805 and they will provide you with details of their Moreton Hall depot here in Bury St. Edmunds.  Alternatively, visit their website at http://www.medequip-uk.com/contact/bury
