Mount Farm Surgery is proud to be participating in a new pilot for ‘111 Online’.  This new website allows patients to input any symptoms they are concerned about, and will then signpost them to the best course of action.  This may be to see or speak to a GP, seek advice from a pharmacist, or receive a call back from the NHS 111 service.

After the patient has answered a simple set of questions, the site will provide them with advice on what to do next, as well as a unique reference number so that should they need to speak to NHS 111, the information will already be available to the operator.  This reference number can be sent as an SMS to the patient’s mobile telephone, if they wish.  Any information and advice given on the website can also be printed, should the patient wish to do so.
