Wherever possible, prescription requests should be made using our SystmOnline service, which is a fully accredited clinical system, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To register for this service please ask at reception when you next visit the practice.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection from 2pm two working days after ordering.
Alternatively, requests can be handed in at the surgery Prescription Order & Collection Desk, which is staffed from 9.00-5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Telephone requests for prescription orders may be made between 12.00–4.00pm, Monday to Friday, by ringing 01284 705512. This line often receives high numbers of calls so we would encourage patients to only use this line if they find it difficult to get their requests to us via the surgery.
Prescriptions can be posted to you if requested, for which we require you to enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your prescription request. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for prescriptions lost in the post.
If you want to collect your medication from a particular pharmacy please telephone them to arrange this – the pharmacy will then collect your prescription from us and have your medication ready for you to collect. Telephone numbers of local pharmacies are listed below for your convenience.

While Croasdales Pharmacy is conveniently based within our surgery, it is independent from Mount Farm Surgery and regulations dictate that we cannot pass your prescription on to them. You need to arrange for collection as described above.
