We are seeking to establish a Patient Reference Group, to enable us to obtain our patients views about or services in a stuctured and co-ordinated way. We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible, and are asking if patients would be willing to provide their email adresses so that we can contact you by email every now and then to ask you a question or two.
