Bowel Cancer

If you’ve had blood in your poo or looser poo for 3 weeks, your doctor wants to know.

Chances are it’s nothing to worry about, but these symptoms could be signs of bowel cancer, so tell your doctor. Finding bowel cancer early makes it more treatable and could save your life.

Lost Appointments:

In April 101 GP and 86 Nurse appointments were lost because patients booked them then did not keep the appointments. This is equivalent to 7 clinical days. This is an appalling waste of appointments that other patients could have used. The Partners respectfully request that any patient intending not to keep a booked appointment cancels it in time to let us offer it to another patient. Please help us to meet the high demand for appointments by not letting them be wasted in this way. Thank you.

Patient Survey

We thank all those patients who participated in our recent patient survey. Your opinions really matter to us. We have considered what you have told us, and have agreed an action plan with our Patient Reference Group with an aim to keep improving our services. A copy of our report and our action plan can be found under the Patient Reference Group link on the right hand side of our home page.
